Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ZORG-7 gear. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number works).
How to start a return
Email us at warsoptika@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to request a return for the item you have and, once accepted, place a new order for the size you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at warsoptika@gmail.com.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
